Take a look at this gorgeous card by Shirley Chillman featuring "Grande Dame". All those tiny beads! She's definitely ready for the Christmas Ball! Such a stunning card. You can see more photos and details on Shirl's blog.
I thought this cocoa holder card with peppermint stick by Anna was an adorable idea - and makes a nice stocking stuffer!
There are so many lovely cards submitted to our challenges and on the PCP group page - I wish I had the time to feature more of them. I am going to try and do it more often (first New Year resolution)!
I am collecting data on how we like to play in the hand made card crafting world - and the more of you who participate, the more we will learn!
This time, I'm asking you which images you prefer to work with. Just check off your answer in the poll to the right (PCP group click here) and leave your name below and you will be in the running to win this beautiful unreleased image titled "Peace and Cheer"!

Isn't this a terrifically elegant card by Anne? I just love the grey & black color scheme in her coloring of the image and those great papers - and those pops of pink/fuschia color! The image is from my "Sweet & Salty" line - "Lula Shopping".
"Summer Cuties" - a new series of images featuring little ones with big bonnets! These cuties are barefoot and playing in the sun. Above is "Something Sweet" - keep your eye out for more summer cuties coming!
When I put together my Mother's Day slideshow featuring the "Spring Breeze" image, I overlooked Anne-Marije's wonderful card! Just look at that delicate coloring and those glorious embellie's! She really pulled together an very appealing "retro" feel.

This is an amazing amount of talent and ability assembled onto one team and you are going to love and be inspired by what they cook up for you!
I want to thank each and every applicant who tried out for the DT. I had 128 applications and it was a very difficult decision narrowing down to just 12 team members because the quality of the applicants was just amazing. Thank you all so much for taking the time to put your applications together, I thoroughly enjoyed taking a look at the creativity in your sample cards and on your wonderful blogs. THANK YOU!
Now I invite you all to pop on over to the Challenge Blog and take part in the fun and prizes the DT have put together for their launch day!
Just one week remaining until Phindy's Place announces the new DT and launches our new Challenge Blog! Sooooo exciting!
To encourage YOU to encourage your friends to sign up at the challenge blog, A NEW UNRELEASED PHINDY DIGI STAMP will be entered into a draw for every 50 followers we have on this site. So far, there is one new stamp in the drawing. When we reach 100 followers, there will be two - and a new one added for every 50 new followers!
HELP SPREAD THE NEWS - announce our Challenge Blog launch and DT announcement on your blog, encourage your followers to sign up and increase everyone's chance of winning!
Winners will be chosen by random and will receive their new digi stamp on launch day, April 12th. The stamps will not be available in the shop until Friday, April 16th.
The winner of our two week "Phindy's Value Added, Multi-tasking Challenge" is Cec! Our hostess, Anne, asked that participants get value from one image by making two projects for two different purposes. Cec was chosen by random.org and I am very happy to showcase her two absolutely wonderful cards. For her prize, Cec can choose any image she likes from my shop!
This little "Thank You" spot is a freebie to celebrate 10,000 hits on my blog - Thank you all for stopping by! Just pull this to your desktop and it's ready for use! This is a 72 dpi spot image best used at actual size, not intended for full size cards but as a spot or "Thank You" note card. The thank you kitty will remain up through the weekend, so encourage your friends to drop by and sign up as a follower. Also encourage them to join up at Phindy's Place Challenge Blog - we are getting ready to launch on April 12th!
Phindy's Place is moving to a new location! I now have a dedicated site for my digi stamp store - You can now shop at www.phindysplace.com! No more long waits to get your images - as soon as your payment has cleared Paypal, you will receive an automatic email with a link to download your newly purchased stamps! The store is very organized into sections and I think you will find it much easier to navigate and shop than the old Etsy shop. I am keeping the Etsy shop live for now, but I will not be replacing images as they are purchased, so the inventory there will eventually dwindle. I will be posting new images to the new shop ONLY. I am very excited - take a moment to check it out, and make sure you register as a customer!
IMPORTANT: If you have a link to my etsy shop on your blog, would you please change the link to www.phindysplace.com? If you don't have a link, you can pull the image above to add as a blinkie and please use the new address. THANK YOU!
We have reached over 700 members in our "Phindy's Place" group over at Paper Craft Planet! That means a new freebie to celebrate! A new border for our "Phindy's Place Member Cookbook" - can you guess which section this is for?! We still have our Soup border freebie available and our delicious shared soup recipes - so come on over and join the fun! This image available on my new shop!
This totally winsome card was created by Lynda for our "Phoolish Phor Phindy" challenge. Ann English hosted the challenge and came up with the great idea to combine two Phindy images and create a whole new "story". Lynda's card was chosen by random.org - but it is such an appropriate card so close to Easter! Congratulations Lynda!
Thank you all for sending in your applications for a DT position on Phindy's Place. I have been completely overwhelmed with the number of applications, the talent of those who have applied and the great enthusiasm and support all of you have expressed.
It is going to be extremely difficult to narrow my decision down to just 12 people - but I am going to take a careful look at all of your blogs and all of your cards, you deserve my time and attention on this - and I will get back to you by April 12th!
